Obituary of John Fitzpatrick Nestor

John Fitzpatrick Nestor, 33, unexpectedly passed away Tuesday,
November 14th 2023. John is survived by his mother Lori Nestor, his
father William Nestor, & his sister Samantha Nestor.

John will be remembered for his love of the outdoors, sports, & the
gym.  From skiing to hiking and backpacking to lifting and baseball;
John loved to keep himself active.  Music was also a huge part of
John's life from learning guitar at an early age, building himself a
guitar, and joining a band, though the band was short-lived.  His
appreciation for all kinds of music allowed him to be a great concert
buddy for his friends & family.  Most will also remember John for
being handsome, smart, with a smile that would light up any room.  But
most importantly he will be remembered for the love, kindness, and
grace he gave to all his friends and family. He was the rock we could
lean on in any situation.

A funeral service will be held at St. Marys RC Church 1300 Northern
Blvd, Manhasset, New York on Monday, November 20th, 2023 at 10:15AM.

In lieu of flowers, the Nestor family would appreciate donations in
John’s honor to NAMI.
