Obituary of Pavlos Koudellou

Please share a memory of Pavlos to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of our beloved Pavlos Koudellou, age 55.  Pavlos was born on September 6, 1966 in Marathovounos, Cyprus and died on August 9, 2022 in Glen Cove, New York.  He is survived by his wife, Barbara, son, Andreas, his parents, Georgia and Andreas, his brothers, Mike, Savvas, Theodore and his nieces, nephews, and Godchildren.  He was loved by many and will be remembered for his uncanny love of life, exceptional love of family and friends, remarkable sense of style and spectacular taste in cars.

For those of us who knew him well and his lifelong struggle with his health, we will remember his passion for life and for living in the moment.  And while he knew that this time would eventually come, he never hesitated to share his time with family and friends.  His wife and son were the loves of his life and his home, both here and abroad were always filled with people that he loved and who loved him.  To know him was to love him and to be welcomed into his heart and his home was a gift.

If each who loved him could have taken a piece of his pain, he may still be here with us today but he knew as well as we do that this could never be.  God truly broke our hearts to prove to us that he only takes the best.

Our dearest Pavlos will be deeply missed.  May his memory be eternal.
