Bruce A. McDougald 1956 -2022,
Graduate of Stony Brook University and Baruch College. He spent 35 years with the City of New York as Personnel Director in the Office of the Mayor.
He is survived by his mother, Dorothy McDougald and sisters Ellen and Claire McDougald.
