Obituary of Barnard Beale

Barnard Everett Beale,Jr May 11,1942-June 5 2016 A much loved husband, father and brother, Butch passed away on June 5 under the loving care of Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York. "Butch" graduated from Randolph Macon College in Ashland, Virginia and was a proud member of the Kappa Alpha Fraternity. Butch retired from the Bloomberg LP in 2013 after a long successful career and relocated to Port St Lucie, Florida. He is survived by his loving wife Penelope, daughters Ashby Collins(Mark), and Carrie Inman(David) and grandchildren Ethan and Mason Collins, Sophie Belle and Avery Inman and sister Judy Parker. Butch was much loved by his stepchildren, Christopher McManus(Jackie), Polly Bade(Chris), Timothy McManus(Wendy), Chip McManus(Jenna), and Matthew McManus(Shane McCarty). And grandchildren Collin, Ben and Madeline McManus, Sean,Timmy and Lola McManus, and Margot and Ward Bade. Butch was also a loving uncle of many nieces and nephews. Butch cherished his time in Virginia Beach and loved golf and the Florida sunshine. Visitation will be held at the Fairchild Funeral Chapel, 1570 Northern Blvd., Manhasset on Thursday from 5-9pm. Memorial Service will be on Friday, 2pm at Christ Church, 1355 Northern Blvd., Manhasset. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
