Obituary of Dolores Meehan

Dolores Meehan passed away on April 28th in the loving arms of her sons, Bill and Brian, and her devoted caregiver, Sheryl. A forty year resident of Manhasset, Dee Dee will be remembered for her beauty, vivacity, wit, humor and love of people and life. A New Yorker from birth, Dolores was married to her adored husband, Bill Meehan, from 1955 until his death in 1997. Prior to her marriage, she worked in fashion and advertising. She joyfully devoted the rest of her life to being a wife, mother and homemaker. Dee Dee was the life of the party, and she will be missed by those she leaves behind who were blessed to have experienced her the joy of her presence.
