Obituary of William H. Sandholm

William H. Sandholm was born in Brooklyn on March 5, 1942. He attended Brooklyn Technical High School, the Cooper Union, and Pace University. Following a college summer job he accepted a permanent position at Rose Associates, a Manhattan real estate developer and manager. He retired from Rose as Chief Executive Officer after 50 years of service. He was an avid golfer and bridge player and enjoyed traveling with his wife and family. He is survived by his wife Patricia, his sons William and David, and his grandchildren Lily, Thomas, and Otto. Visitation will be held at Fairchild Sons on January 3 from 3:00 - 5:00 and 7:00 - 9:00. The burial will take place at Nassau Knolls on January 4 at 11:00.
