Obituary of Lynn Marie Vassar

Lynn Marie Vassar of Fort Lauderdale Florida died on June 25th 2022.  Lynn is survived by her two brothers Ted and Joseph Vassar, her nephews Connor, Ryan and Shane Vassar and her longtime partner Scott Keefe and the Keefe family, Jason, Angela, Jayden and Carson. 

Lynn is also survived by many other loving family members and dear friends as well as her dog Cleo. 

Lynn will be joining her best friend and wonderful mother Rosemarie who just recently passed.  It is a great comfort to all knowing they will be together again. 

She was a devoted daughter, sister, aunt and friend.  She was loved by many and will be missed by all whose lives she touched. 

Lynn was born in Brooklyn, New York and grew up in Great Neck, New York. She eventually moved to Fort Lauderdale Florida.  Lynn was a licensed pharmacist and owned and operated a successful pharmacy in Dania Florida. 

 A wake for Lynn Vassar will be held at Fairchild and Sons in Manhasset on Wednesday July 6, 2022  from 4 pm to 7 pm.  A funeral mass will take place on July 7, 2022 at 10 am at St.Peter's Church in Port Washington followed by interment at Nassau Knolls Cemetery in Port Washington. 

Lynn supported several charities. She would be honored if you chose to donate to her favorite one, Harley’s Dream, www.harleysdream.org or your local ASPCA in lieu of flowers.
