Obituary of Cynthia Priscilla Hicks

It is with great sadness that the family of Cynthia (Kasil) Hicks announce her sudden passing on Tuesday, August 25th, 2020. Cindy will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 45 years, Patrick Hicks, her daughter, Meghann Knowles (Andrew) of Warren, CT, her granddaughters, April and Emily, and her sister, Gloria Reynolds. She was predeceased by her parents, William and Michalina Kasil of Great Neck, NY. Cindy was a member of the Manhasset Lakeville Fire Department Ambulance Unit for 7 years and worked at the Manhasset Lakeville Fire and Water District before retiring to Florida. Visitation hours are 4:00-8:00 PM on Monday, August 31 at Fairchild Sons Funeral Chapel in Manhasset, NY. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:15 AM on Tuesday, September 1 at the Church of St. Mary’s in Manhasset, NY. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Cindy’s name to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
