It is impossible for me to think about Frank without a smile crossing my face. He was a true gentleman with a spectacular Irish sense of humor. My first thought was that Dan Tully will be part of a large welcoming committee at the pearly gates. Frank had a knack for making everyone he met feel very special. He Exemplified the ML principles. May he Rest In Peace. Our family’s thoughts and prayers are with the Collins clan.
