Cimperman – Eileen, M (nee Meehan) of Manhasset, born on July 24, 1922, passed away peacefully on September 24, 2018. Dedicated teacher of English and Mythology at Schreiber High School in Port Washington for 28 years. Lover of language, words and learning. Author of countless letters, notes and cards of encouragement, humor and insight. Initiator of innumerable unsolicited acts of kindness. Devoted wife and mother. Friend to many. Survived by sons John and Mark. Friends may visit Sunday 5-7 PM at Fairchild Funeral Home, 1570 Northern Blvd, Manhasset. Mass of Christian burial Monday at 10 AM at St. Mary’s RC Church, 1300 Northern Blvd, Manhasset. Burial to follow at Holy Rood Cemetery, Westbury
