Our beloved mother and Oma died at 90 on May 27, 2018. Maria was born July 1, 1927 in Masern, Austria and she immigrated to New York in 1953. She was the last surviving member of the Greatest Generation and youngest sibling of 8 brothers and sisters.  Maria is survived by her children Gisele Haug and Ed ( Noreen ) Haug, grandchildren Danielle ( John ), Kyle and Aly and great-grandchildren Jack, Ryann ( “RaRa” ) and Declan. We will miss you forever.  In lieu of flowers, please kindly support the North Shore Child and Family Guidance Center in Roslyn heights, NY.
