William Pisana known to friends and colleagues as Billy was a loving and caring brother who gave of his time and service to the Manhasset Lakeville Fire Department and was Captain of their Police Unit. As an Electrical Forman he lived and worked at The United States Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point, LI, NY. Born in Brooklyn at Long Island College Hospital on the 13 day of August in 1947. Bill was the second son of Joseph and Constance Pisana. He was one of four siblings; Frank the eldest and the third son Robert both deceased; survived by his younger sister Francine Pisana. He served in the United States Army during Vietnam War. He lived his life as a Patriot. And as a true believer of the democracy of the United States, he continued to serve both The United States and the community of Manhasset Lakeville.
